Nuggets From TSC Pastors Conference At Summit

It was Great Meeting Pastor Carter Conlon.... He is such a humble man of God and also, in my opinion, a true prophetic voice in our times.. in this sad world we need those who can shine the light of Jesus and show His love to all people!! I am so honored to be here and to have this time of fellowship.... Jesus said that if we would lift Him up then HE would draw all men unto HIM!! Let's Live our lives in such a way that people will be attracted to our blessed savior!!!

Here are some nuggets of Rich Truth from the Conference:

So if someone ask me how are you doing today? I can say with all my heart I am doing great! God is well pleased with Christ Jesus!! Well, They say, did you read enough? Did you give enough? Did you pray enough? I answer; I do all of those things because the Holy Spirit lives within me! But none of that affects my standing with God because I'm not trying to keep a covenant!! Christ kept the covenant that he had with God and I rest in Him!!! Folks we are in Christ if we believe and we are not to be brought back under even our own good ideas of what that life should be but only to surrender to the Holy Spirit living the righteousness of Christ through us!

Waiting on the promises is just as important as receiving the promises.. Psalm 105:19... God does His deepest work in us between Amen and There It Is!! The way we wait often determines the duration of the wait! Faith expands in times of waiting upon the Lord... hold on; He is on the Way! While we wait the Word of the Lord refines and purifies us...Waiting time is not wasted time!!

Pastor Conlon closed out the conference this morning with an awesome exhortation to pray.. "we must have the humility to acknowledge that the nation is perishing on our watch! And so we humble ourselves and pray.. When prayer is an ultimate expression of true dependence on God and faith in God, then revival can come.. I want to help Gods ministers lose their self focus when it comes to ministry and really begin to once again accomplish the work of God! "(Carter Conlon) This was a fabulous time of gathering, exhortation , and fellowship! Angie and I are already making plans to attend again next year. The food at the conference was great too!!😎 .. Speaking for myself, I can say that I will definitely be preaching several things in a majorly different way going forward as God begins to clear the way for a move of his Holy Spirit that only He can accomplish. We must preach the Jesus of the cross and the new covenant without adding human instrumentation , achievement, or accomplishment.. The Holy Spirit graphically laid it out and portrayed that during this conference.. can't wait to begin developing a couple messages that God gave me here. Also looking forward to sharing on the radio program.

It was great meeting Gary Wilkerson as well.. He along with the others brought  truths to bear that are revolutionary to the Church...

He that has an ear, let them hear what the Spirit saith to the churches..........

God bless you friends.... I will be sharing so much about the direction God is taking the messages here in our ministry... God is good... see you all soon......

E. M. Bounds On False And Fleshly Ministry

Can ambition, that lusts after praise and place, preach the gospel of Him who made himself of no reputation and took on Him the form of a servant? Can the proud, the vain, the egotistical preach the gospel of him who was meek and lowly? Can the bad-tempered, passionate, selfish, hard, worldly man preach the system which teems with long-suffering, self-denial, tenderness, which imperatively demands separation from enmity and crucifixion to the world? Can the hireling official, heartless, perfunctory, preach the gospel which demands the shepherd to give his life for the sheep? Can the covetous man, who counts salary and money, preach the gospel till he has gleaned his heart and can say in the spirit of Christ and Paul in the words of Wesley: "I count it dung and dross; I trample it under my feet; I (yet not I, but the grace of God in me) esteem it just as the mire of the streets, I desire it not, I seek it not?" God's revelation does not need the light of human genius, the polish and strength of human culture, the brilliancy of human thought, the force of human brains to adorn or enforce it; but it does demand the simplicity, the docility, humility, and faith of a child's heart.

Slander

This is another classic from 1994. This was our second recording ever released. Though I have been preaching since 1981 there are very few if any of the messages recorded in the 80's...So we started recording everything in 1993 until now... This message is urgently needed now because of social media. Social media slander has turned otherwise good Christians into absolute Backsliders. There is forgiveness if you will repent and stop judging others on Social media... We pray this message will be a challenge to your spiritual lives... God bless....

Nuggets From May FB Posts

We were so blessed in May to take over a 1000 piece product delivery to the Hope Aglow Prison Ministry in Lynchburg Virginia...  This included Bibles, Books, and Cassettes... Already we have 5 more boxes of product ready to go on load 2 coming soon..
In a few days I will be updating you guys on New partnerships we have formed this year.. We look for stability, accountability, and productivity in ministries we plan to sow alot into... God has given us some very good ones and as I said in a few days I will Tell you more about it........
Here are some nuggets from My FB.......

Courage is a road that travels the mountain tops( of encouragement) and the valleys (of discouragement) of Life... Sometimes we feel very bold and at other times it seems our courage slips out the backdoor and leaves us feeling very insecure and vulnerable... There are 2 ways to keep courage close at hand: one is to meditate on the promises of God found in His Holy Unchanging Word and the other is to talk to a trusted friend (Prayer To God) about everything we face in Life...

The law says " if you go to work you'll be blessed".... Grace says, "you are blessed , Go to work" ( from one of my newest messages). And another, "True peace is more than a calm exterior; Peace is a quiet heart".....

God gives His word as His standard for our living and for our guidance as well!! He also gives His word for our comfort because He loves us.. whenever we look around and wonder what the future holds and we have questions about the direction of our lives, our nation, and our world; sometimes we have concerns about our finances, our jobs and our families. It's then that we are reminded on every page of the Holy Word of God that kings, nations, and economies do not hold the fate of our lives; only God does, and He is a God of comfort and love. He has a future and a hope for us!! There is no human weapon of man that can blow the promises off the pages of the Bible!!!

Puritan Thomas Watson said, "There are no sins God's people are more subject to than unbelief and impatience; they are ready, either to faint through unbelief , or to fret through impatience..". We don't learn character when life is cruising along going great- only when it demands us to reach within and discover new patience from the Lord, new faith in God, and new heavenly resources to overcome the obstacles... God grant us patient hearts of endurance each day!!!

Many things in life are only temporary. A gallon of milk, a loaf of bread, a carton of eggs all have expiration dates. The storms you are in have an expiration date, and they too will soon expire. So hold on, don't give up now. Put on a smile and press on. Your day is almost here. The problems you face are about to expire.... In order for Peace to develop and grow in us, there has to be a storm.. In order to have courage grounded in God, there have to be opportunities to flee and hide.... I will be talking about these things in detail in my upcoming series , "Courage In This Chaos"..... also talking about it on the show tomorrow night...

If we are going to be able to live victorious, overcoming, courageous lives in these days of uncertainty, chaos, and fear..... we will need to be calm in our hearts, loving and compassionate toward others, constructive and Christ centered in our relationships, challenged to grow in Him consistently, and connected to the Church!!! We are created to live in community not isolation.. The New Testament has many "One Another" and "Each Other" tasks for us.. ( encourage one another, love one another, bear with one another, to name three.) Today, go with God rejoicing!!! Many blessings!!
